Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Terms
All services are provided on a fixed-fee basis.
Payment is required in full before drafting begins.
No work will commence until payment has been received and confirmed.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client chooses to cancel before drafting has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Begun
Once drafting has commenced, refunds are not available.
This includes situations where:
The client changes their mind
The client no longer requires the document
A third-party decision is unfavourable
The client fails to provide required information
Work undertaken constitutes time and professional service already delivered.
4. Revisions
One structured revision is included within the agreed service fee.
Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur an additional fee.
5. Outcome Disclaimer
JLN Advisory prepares documents based on the information provided by the client.
We do not guarantee outcomes or decisions made by third-party authorities.
Refunds are not issued based on the outcome of a submission.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, discretionary refunds may be considered where JLN Advisory is unable to deliver the agreed service.
